When will my order be shipped?
Most of our products are made-to-order and handmade in our Berlin Studio, after you placed your order. Because of that, there is a manufacturing time for each product, before it is ready to be shipped.
Each product has a current estimated manufacturing time in the product description, which you should keep in mind before placing your order.
After placing your order, you'll receive manufacturing status updates via email.
We try our best to get your items ready for you as fast as possible!
If you order products with different manufacturing times, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest manufacturing time that you have ordered. Everything will be shipped in one package.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you'll receive the tracking information to track your order.

You can find the estimated manufacturing time in every product description, before you place your order. Additionally to that, you'll receive more specific manufacturing time updates via email, after you placed your order.
Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund.
Please keep in mind, that we are a small business and our products are handmade and mostly made to order. We try our best to show our products as detailed as possible, as well as sizing information, to make sure you know what you're buying and hopefully won't have to return your order.
You can find very detailed sizing information in the description of each product. Please check what's your correct size before you order to avoid returns :)
All returns must be made within 14 days after you received your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
1. Log in to your account here
1. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and then click on "Continue".
2. Open the e-mail sent by our shop and copy the six-digit verification code.
3. Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Click on the order for which you would like to request a return.
3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the shop.
5. Click on "Send request".
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with the return information.
RETURN COSTS
Germany Returns:
We need to charge 6,00€ for return shipping, but you'll receive a ready-made DHL return label from us.
Please put the items you want to return and the delivery note in the original package and make sure that the package is closed well.
EU Returns:
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
The automatic 6,00€ return costs will be removed when your request is approved.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and keep the delivery receipt.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
For defective or damaged products, please contact service@unsaturated.de to arrange a refund or exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.
NO RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EU
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Consumers whose domicile, habitual residence or delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract and delivery is outside a Member State of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) and who do not belong to any of these Member States.
